TM TAMAYO

TM TAMAYO was established in 1990 in response to the latent market need to protect trademarks and patents in Latin America. Four years later, with the prevailing globalization process, it consolidates in the city of Bogotá (Colombia) to operate as a consultant for Colombian investors and a Colombian manager in the protection of its main asset: Intellectual Capital.

TM TAMAYO collaborates with the business growth of the continent by providing consultancy in the application of invention patents in the international phase in more than 153 countries through the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). Currently, the company actively participates in technology marketing, licensing and negotiation processes that generate remuneration for patent royalties; working together with the State, private entities and research institutes.
